Christen Smith brings over twenty-five years of broad-based experience in the parks and recreation profession to the Moro Group.  She has managed municipal park and recreation services in Michigan, Utah, Florida, Virginia, and Texas.  Her background also includes nine years as Vice-President with the American Alliance for Health, Physical Education, Recreation and Dance.  As a member of the Recreation Administration Department faculty at Aurora University, she taught undergraduate and gradates courses in recreation administration.  Smith also developed and managed the Leisure Services Institute, an entrepreneurial center at Aurora University providing leadership training for park recreation professionals in the greater-Chicago area.
